The cart page doesn't count the extra options in Pizza site

    dear team,
    My site is the pizzeria restaurant.
    I have a pizza base price with possibility to add ingredients with extra cost by each product added.
    When people add ingredient we can see below the total amount correctly (Amont = base price+ ingredient added) but when we arrive in the cart to pay, customer pay the base price (without ingredient price added).
    Could you help me?
