Calculation error when options are added to subscription products

    Hi there,

    Great plugin, however I've noticed two calculation errors which i hope you can help me with.

    1. When I apply an option with the price type "fee" to a subscription product it adds it to the final total box as a monthly amount, yet in the cart/checkout the charge is not part of the monthly amount (which is correct). Any chance the final total amount can not reflect the fee as a monthly recurring amount?

    2. When I apply an option with the price type "Subscription fee" to a subscription product it will add that subscription fee to other subscriptions products within the cart. Basically it's not working well with multiple subscriptions in a cart.
