attribute coding showing on checkout cart

    Hi How do i remove the attribute coding date calendar, showing up on the checkout cart for woo commerce ..below is the error I'm getting on checkout page..

    i would like to remove the following lines but unsure on how please..but would still like the dates/calender to appear..

    The plugin was recommended to me by my developer as it was something I was looking for a while, I'm moving from magento
    to woo commerce as this plugin now completes my website for my needs..
    attribute_tmcp_date_0_day
    attribute_tmcp_date_0_month
    attribute_tmcp_date_0_year

    SAMPLE WORKING EDIT OPTIONS
    COLOUR:
    red
    SIZE:
    4
    attribute_tmcp_date_0_day:
    6
    attribute_tmcp_date_0_month:

    attribute_tmcp_date_0_year:
