Hi We have two lic for two domains, and we created two API key in envato admin to manage the lic and updates for each of our sites. We keep getting errors for both of them and they won't update. the errors are envato username errors and failed to decompress was the other. We are currently on Version 4.6.9.4 for both of the sites and wish to update as we saw there was a fix for the quick view which is something we'd like to use in our theme now as it was deactivated in the past due to display issues.

Any suggestion for a quick and easy fix for these.
