Ability to Render Text using Mathematical Formula

It'd be very nice to be able to render text on screen based on Mathematical Formula

An example of this is ...
We sell Sauna Foil for the walls and ceiling.
Customer wants to know how many square feet he's getting:

In our case, it's:

1. Wall Square Feet
2. Plus Ceiling Square Feet
3. Less the door, 7x2 or 14 sq ft

So when a customer chooses 5 x 6 x 7 (from Select Boxes), then somewhere in the description, it'd be nice to show ...

IF THIS WERE POSSIBLE, we can create cut lists based on the customers options too. Cut List is the amount of wood, type, etc for a factor worker to prepare.
