Hi I've just spent hours on a saturday reading through your forum. I think all these private replies or "email me directly" doesn't encourage anyone to try and fix things on their own because you can't see an outcome.
My add-ons update on the product screen and total properly but when you add to cart they aren't there. I tried making the fields mandatory but then it just says the fields aren't filled in but they were and your plugin wipes them out.

The plugins I have on my site are their because they are necessary so if your plugin can't comply is is of no use to me.
I've had to shut shop because of this and if it can't be resolved easily I would like a refund and I will purchase the woocommerce package, which will work. I bought yours to give you a go because I don't like how woocommerce hold you at their mercy to buy their products and add-ons and I saw someone put on a forum about yours.
I'm happy to give you a logon if you want to see the issue.
