I've been trying to clear up this issue for some time now. But it seems like the only option is to uninstall. I'm trying to avoid that since we put a lot of work into the extra product options.
When I try to install / reinstall. Wordpress gives me an error stating that the directory already exists, and aborts install.
When I try to register the plugin to receive automatic updates. I enter the Envato API Key, Purchase code. When I click activate license browser jumps to the top of the screen, and nothing has been "activated".
I've tried this on Chrome, Edge and Firefox. So its not a browser issue...
Not sure what to do here. I also contacted Envato about this issue. got a generic email saying, "you're all set, issue resolved". I really dislike the hands off approach of all these new companies.
