Can I get the checkout option field and do an if else statement?

Hi there,

I'm using the Extra Checkout Options for one of the websites with an option of pickup store, each store has their own addresses, wondering if I can get the pickup store option (something like the wordpress get field function) and do an if else statement to have the address in the invoice display correctly based on the store selected from their order?
