Create VARS for Descriptions content

I am considering cloning a large set of options.
And one difficulty I foresee is IF my description (tooltips) should change, I'll need to change them for about 60 products.

So, a feature request is for Vars for ToolTip / description of options in the General Options options tab for elements.

E.g. much in the same way you've created math constants, please create vars for descriptions.

Thus when using a var, e.g. {My-Description-Sauna-Heater} in place of a description.

That way if a description does change you simply change the text associated as {My-Description-Sauna-Heater}

Perhaps another way is to export ALL options as CSV files and then make the change there, but potentially a hassle.
Curious is there a better way to export ALL Global Forms at once?
OR would a MySQL search and replace in the database work?
