Default checked option is keep changing

Hi,
When I set my default check option as 'none' and save, it will keep change first item to be checked as default whenever I make changes to same element.

Ex.1
Add element -> Checkbox -> Edit element -> general options -> add new -> Apply name to labels of added items -> do not check any of items to be default -> save -> update ECO form

When above step is made, first item become default option, thus I have to go back to edit and uncheck the option.

Ex.2
go edit same checkbox element -> edit anything such as 'subtitle' -> save -> update ECO form

Then unchecked default item is been checked again. so I have to go back and uncheck default.

Basically whenever I save ECO form by pressing 'update' button, unchecked checkboxes/select box/radio button is checked for default option.
