Design Quantity selector

Hey i created a Choose size checkbox,
above every size i inserted a quantity selector,

it is the standard instric element, that looks not good,
i would like to change it to look more 2016,

how can i change the + and - on the quantity selector
i can seem to find how to improve it ?

please help, it's my only request, the rest is amazing
