Difficulties in Extra Checkout Options – addon

I am using this plugin for quantity. In my one product its showing properly.

Check the below link which is working properly.

In the above link there are two quantity options for Right and Left eye. If I select 0 quantity, the total price remains same as I select 0 and When I select 1 or 2 from left or right eye the total price will change accordingly.

In this link the default total price is showing Rs. 1349. This means the default price for 1 quantity is Rs. 1349. When I select 1 Quantity from left or Right eye, the price is showing Rs. 2698 instead of Rs. 1349.

Kindly check and resolve the same.
