Docs broken / how to change position

Hi!

First of all, the link to the doc is not only broken for product options but also for checkout options, your reply in the topic was only for the main plugin - do you have a link to the docs of the checkout options addon?.

Also, is there a way to have the checkout options show above the regular checkout rather than below? It says on CodeCanyon that you are supposed to control the placement of the addon on the checkout page but I wasn't able to find an option.
