Error when second item is added to element

    Hi,
    When I add item by
    Add element -> edit element -> General options -> Add item,
    Enable button is set as 'ON' as default.

    However when I update and save the ECO form, it will get disabled, thus I have to go back to edit element and turn on all disabled(newly added) items.
