Example csv file in documentation for table lookup

Hi,
I don't know where to post this, since I can't post in the support forums. Either there is a bug in the Table lookup csv importer or there is some problem with the csv character encoding. When I try to upload a csv file, downloaded from Google spreadsheet, I get a nasty WP error, and the upload failes. There is no mention in the documentation about what character encoding the csv file should be in. Or if there are some other possible caveats to avoid. Perhaps a working example of a csv file in the documentation could be supplied?
