Export LookUp Tables as CSV Files

    We would like to be able to export LookUp Tables as csv files so that they can be edited in a spreadsheet and then re-imported. We have a large client who needs to export csv files from their LookUp Tables to keep track of pricing updates. They are happy with the product so far, but they are requiring this feature to move forward. Could you include the csv file export of Lookup Tables in your next plugin update?
