First of all, for some odd reason your website is acting like I'm not logged in when I go to the Extra Product Options support forum, so I'm having to post here instead.
Some of the more recent orders on my customer's website are not showing the uploaded attachments on the WooCommerce Orders page. Older orders (more than 3 days ago or so) do show the attachments. I thought at first this could have been due to an issue with WooCommerce or WordPress updates, but now not so sure. Performed those updates this morning, but some orders made prior to those updates do not show attachments either.
