Fatal Server Error when using TM Global Extra Product Options > Global Options

    When I go to TM Global Extra Product Options > Global Options, I get Fatal Server Error

    Using MAMP
    php: 5.6.25
    apache:
    mysql: 5.6.28

    apahce error: Marker - Sep 25, 2016, 1:59:41 PM
    [Sun Sep 25 13:59:58 2016] [error] [client ::1] FastCGI: incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server "/Applications/MAMP/fcgi-bin/php5.6.25.fcgi", referer: http://dragger.dev/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=tm-global-epo

    No errors on mysql or php
