Final Total is wrong when quantities are adjusted

Hello,
Is there any way I can have 2 options amounts and then the final total is calculated by adding option 1 amount and option 2 amount?

Please look at my URL product page (sent in private message). You will see that i would like the first half of the website with options to be option 1 (as this is where the customer should be able to create their own mat and select how many they want)

Option 2 should then be the "additional options" section.

Currently when you adjust the additional options quantities and then adjust the final quantity it multiples everything.

I hope you understand what i am trying to do.
