Hide Fee in Checkout and Emails

    Hello,

    We want to add free options only on the checkout. For example we have added "to", "from" and "text message" on our checkout page (at top as "Gift Message").

    However we noticed fee being shown as £0.00 on confirmation page and in emails as well. Please see these screenshots:

    How we can remove these fees from emails and receive them as static text/content?
