I Can´t see the extra option form in two languages

    Hi,
    recently, i have instaled the plugin in a wordpress with woocommerce + multilenguage (WPML) in 3 lenguages, but finally, the option forms (it comes with two forms in each product and betwen 10-30 posibilitys) only appears in Spanish lenguages, not in the others ( English and Germany).
    can you help me, please..? sorry for my bad english
