Option is not being multiplied with the amount of products in basket

Hi,

I'm trying to add an option to support a good cause while purchasing.
While I'm able to create the good causes with the fee price. This fee is not being multiplied by the amount of products in the basket. How do I do this? I'm using the 'Select Box' module.
