Phisycal product addon – like checkbox option

We have individual product for extra warranty.
I would like to put it with to single product, i found the "product" element, but it has lots of options than i cant disable.
I want put it like simple extra option (checkbox and / or radio button.). I dont want to use its extra add button and extra quantity section.
