Subtitle positioned right or left of field

Allowing the subtitle to be positioned to the right or left of the field would increase usability for us. Currently we're using the Title field to hold a lightbox shortcode to the right of the field - see screenshot. We're using the title for this because it allows placement to the right of the field - but then the element title becomes useless for other locations such as cart, order, floating totals box, etc. If we could position the subtitle to the right of the field we'd be able to use the title as it was intended.
