Total sum to cart

    Hi,

    Nice plugin thanks. I am trying to figure out how to get the total amount (and I mean whole total) of the menu bar display cart. My client needs an option that he can see whole sum (fees, extras and maybe also a vat) menu bar cart. Now it shows extra price and product price, but not fees and/or vat. Is that possible?
