Upload-Files in Backend/Order

    Hello, due to problems with the upload and add to cart function we now use the checkout option Plugin. The File Uploads now i can only see in FTP. Before we had a clickable Link in every Order so every employer could easily download the Uploaded files and get his work on. So how this clickable Link can be be added to the Orders in Backend? I think it is much complicated that every employer now has to search for the uploaded files via ftp?
