Validation: No Emojiis / Alphanumeric + Whitespace + Punctuation marks

Hello,

some of our customers enter mobile app smileys into text input fields which are black and white hard to print so i'd really appreciate any validation rule for that purpose: only alphanumeric chars + whitespaces + punctuation marks and common special chars e.g. !"§$%&/()=?`;,.:-_'+*~<>, etc. but like said no smiley, emojis, etc. typically from mobile devices.
