Woocommerce Admin adding product to order with options

Is there a way in the WooCommerce administration section, to add a product with options to an order?

We hit an issue where a customer ordered the wrong product and rather than refund and force the user to reorder, we wanted to edit the order and add the correct item. We can add the item, but with no options.

Help, please 🙂
