THEMECOMPLETE LTD Refund Policy

This is the refund policy of THEMECOMPLETE LTD (also referred to as “themeComplete”, “we” and “us”) which applies to all of our products that we sell exclusively at the Envato Marketplace. We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that because of issues beyond our control they may not work as expected all of the time for everyone.

Before asking for a refund please use our support forum and will assist with any issue you may have.

1. Eligibility of a refund request

1.1 Time period

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we issue refunds that have been requested not later than 30 days after product purchase. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing our products. After 30 days, refunds will no longer be granted.

1.2 Envato customer refund policy

All refund requests must meet the criteria of the Envato refund policy.

2. Invalid refund requests

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • If you used the product for evaluation purposes.
  • If you decide not to use the purchased product.
  • You don’t want the product after you’ve downloaded it.
  • The product you purchased did not meet your expectations.
  • You simply changed your mind.
  • You bought one of our products by mistake.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the product.
  • You ask for goodwill.
  • You can no longer access the product because it has been removed.
  • Incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product.

3. Processing

Since all of our products are sold on the Envato Marketplace all refund requests have to be requested via the Envato Marketplace. We do not have any means on giving refunds on our own. 4. Modification of policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, replace, remove, or add to the Refund Policy at any time. If we feel the modifications are material, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the site or by email. Your continued use of any Services after new and/or revised Policy are effective indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Refund Policy.
