Cannot download files uploaded via ECO

    Hi,

    I uploaded a file via ECO but cannot download it, except when I go to the setting and download it from the Upload Manager, which I don't think to be normal. Could you help me? If you need access, please let me know where should I send the credentials. Thank you!
