Change “Select File” text in upload field

    I've looked in pretty much every file included with Extra Options and Extra Checkout options to change the "Select File" text to something different, but can't find it. I've styled it successfully with CSS though which is great. Can you help direct me to the correct file with the field to edit? Thanks
