Extra Checkout Option Text broken in REST-Export

Hi!

We are using both Extra Product Options and Extra Checkout Options and we are exporting all orders to an external platform to process them using REST. When someone orders a fee-based EPO, the order that is being submitted to our other system via REST shows the add-on name of the option similar to the name given in EPO.

That's unfortunately not the case with ECO. When someone checks the box we added to the checkout, which adds 30% for express processing of the order, the REST order export shows a cryptical name: tc_eco_field_61016d7dd57d45.60773775

This seems to be the internal name of the field but obviously it should be named similar to the name we've given the option (and similar to how EPO works).

Is this a bug or are we missing something?
