Help setting up the plugin

Hi,

I've been trying to set up the plugin the way I want, but so far wasn't able to. From the description it should be possible though.

Could you please tell me the options I need to pick for 1 product to get it like in the following link, so I can replicate it for the other ones? (I know it's a different system)

Meaning multiple radio buttons with descriptive text, one radio button is the default product and price, the other radio buttons change the final price, and only the final price is shown.
