How can I control the stock for 6 variations with different stock?

Hi.
I bought the woocommerce TM extra product options plugin because I need a conditional.
The problem is that I also need inventory control for each product option (6 options).
I do not know how to do it so that I can count on each option that I take, since the stock is different for each option of the product:
Example:
As you can see in the screenshot:

If I choose (YES)
- Només a la ponència: € 0,00 (100 Stock)
- Ponència + Coffee Break + Workshop: € 50.00 (60 Stock)
- Ponència + Coffee Break + Workshop + Dinar: € 75.00 (40 Stock)

If I choose (NO)
- Només a la ponència: € 0,00 (70 Stock)
- Ponència + Coffee Break + Workshop: € 70.00 (40 Stock)
- Ponència + Coffee Break + Workshop + Dinar: € 95.00 (20 Stock)

Can you help me solve the stock problem?
