option “unavailable” when lookuptable field empty

Hi,

Can you please consider making feature that would that would cause sort of "dimensions out range" error message whenever user eneters data (e.g. width and height) that have corresponding empty field in lookup table. Such situation is possible becase some combinations may not be available even though they are witin maximal dimensions for X and Y axes.

Another solution would be to return error message whenever the price for particular option equals to 0.
