Selecting options when using swatches

I will do my best to explain this. What I need this to do is to only be able to select one option. So when you click an option and then change your mind and select another one it needs to automatically unselect the first one you selected and select the new one. The way it is currently working is if you select one you have to click on it again to deselect it before you can click on another one.

I have attached a screenshot of what I have the settings so you can tell me if I have them wrong.
