Word ‘Fee’ is not being translated

Hi!

I found a small glitch - it seems the word 'Fee' in the checkout table is not responding to the language files. Despite having a translation specified for this term, it still says Fee in the checkout. I also checked other plugins that could have an effect on the checkout but the word Fee (just the term without anything else) seems to only be part of ECO and it only appears if someone selects the newly added ECO option that includes an add-on price in the checkout.

Any idea why this is not being translated?
